Donna Palmer is our wonderful Advisor Assistant and Insurance Coordinator, bringing strong expertise and a caring touch to everything she does. With years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, she’s a key part of making sure our office runs smoothly and our clients feel supported.
Donna focuses on insurance administration, preparing client files, organizing meetings, and staying on top of all the important details behind the scenes. She works closely with our advisors to make sure everything is clear, complete, and ready—so every client interaction is seamless.
She’s calm, reliable, and always ready to help, whether it’s answering questions, following up on insurance updates, or making sure schedules and documents are in perfect order. Her warm nature and steady support make a real difference for both clients and our team.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with family, reading, and knitting—simple things that bring her joy and balance. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our team.
